Empower with Information Technology (EmpowerwithIT) Program
The EmpowerwithIT Program is Education for All’s flagship program focused on unemployed youth. It is established to provide youths with 21st century knowledge, education and the skills needed to understand the uses of information technology in various aspect of life. Education for All promotes training and work placement initiatives in a bid to help address skills development, job creation and poverty alleviation. Our bold goal: Empower <2000 developers by 2030 – creating a pipeline of skilled confident, and job-ready talent that drives Cameroon’s digital transformation and fuels regional prosperity.
Educational ICT Leadership
The purpose of ICT leadership Development is to equip school principals and e-Learning (ICT) leaders with the knowledge and skills needed to implement, develop and sustain ICT best practice in their schools. The program aims to raise awareness about ICT integration in education at leadership level, and enable educational leaders to make informed decisions around the inclusion and implementation of ICT tools in their schools.
Educator Professional Development
ICT integration program is designed to be a hands-on, engaging and highly participatory course (9 face-to-face sessions) in which educators are able to access rich professional development opportunities to help gain skills and confidence in integrating ICT into teaching and learning.

The Learner Support
Education for All uses school facilities to design and implement a range of learner support programs. In general, these are after-school program that support literacy and numeracy in the primary school and Maths, Science and English in the schools.
The Learner support program specialises in extra lessons, resources, and preparation for National Exams (GCE), Advance universities, further studies (Maths, science & English) as well as career guidance for high school learners.
The coding Program
The coding program helps learners understand the fundamental ideas about computers and programming and helps them develop some basic problem-solving and project design skills. Learners are exposed to variety of coding languages, such as Scratch, Minecraft, Blockily, HTML, JavaScript and so much more. There is a logical transition of knowledge that these coding languages provides that sparks learners’ creative ability and gives them the desired skill to be able to design and execute projects that particularly interest them.
The STEM Program
The STEM program aims to promote the study of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) in high school learners. We equip learners with future-focused skills in STEM, AI, and career readiness. Working on these tasks inspires learners’ natural curiosity and promotes critical thinking, team-building skills, and creativity. These essential human abilities are 21st century skills needed to prepare learners for the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
